Founding Product Designer Berlin, Germany

Background

I help early-stage startups define, design, and deliver high-impact products. Especially when resources are limited, stakes are high, and the path is ambiguous.

As a founding product designer, I operate across the full product lifecycle: from shaping early concepts and conducting user research to defining MVP scope, setting design foundations, and partnering with engineering on fast, high-quality execution.

I work hands-on and autonomously, often owning product strategy, QA, prioritization, and design systems from the ground up.

Over the past 15+ years (8 of them focused on NLP and generative AI) I’ve helped multiple startups turn raw ideas into real traction.

My experience spans voice and conversational UI, CX analytics, sales tooling, BI platforms, and fintech.

Often the first designer on the team, I thrive in zero-to-one environments. I combine rapid iteration with a high bar for visual craft because I believe quality builds trust, even at the MVP stage.

I bring a generalist mindset, strong product instincts, and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence and speed.

I care about what we're building and why it matters. And I treat every product like it's mine.
